The Son of Neptune

The Son of Neptune is the second book in the Hero's of Olympus series and is about a 16-year-old boy named Percy Jackson who starts the book off by falling of a giant cliff while being chased by the bloodthirsty gorgon sisters of medusa. Right after he falls of the cliff a mysterious hippie person that appears to be made out of the ground gives Percy a strange sounding choice of what to do about his future. She says that he could either go to the near by Pacific Ocean and escape the dangers that await him and start life anew, or he could (by the way Percy has lost his memory) embark on a painful mission that could possibly tear him apart or give him his memory back. The woman also tell Percy that the adventure starts by going into a tunnel close to the cliff he fell of of. So Percy is then whisked away to the Roman, Camp Jupiter. At the camp a prophecy is told that Percy, and his two unconventional friends Frank son of Mars and Hazel daughter of Pluto will join him on a quest to save the world as he knows it from evil mythical forces. Will they succeed find out in The Son of Neptune.

Percy Jackson is a 16 year old kid that is merely defined as a half-blood. His mom is an American human, while his dad is the Roman god of the sea, Neptune. Being the son of Neptune is very dangerous for Percy because so many monsters happen to know where he is and Percy often tends to run into problems. Especially in this thriller of a book Percy just can't find enough trouble, find out more about Percy and his half godly companions in the glorious, awesome, Son of Neptune!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The lost hero

The lost hero is a book about three kids and to a lesser extent a satyr. The book starts off with a kid named Jason waking up on a bus with amnesia, where he sees people next to him who claim friendship with him. After a battle with monsters they're whisked away to camp half-blood where they get sent on a quest to save Hera queen off the Greek gods. On their quest they have many other fun adventures this is great for an adventure loving reader.

Although no one knows really that much about him Jason's first sign of demigod power is his sudden ability to fly, and turns out to be a son of Zeus. Jason has a sister named Thalia and also has the ability to call down lightning from the sky. Although it drains power from him. Jason is a very cool kid and I think you will like reading about him, and his friends Piper and Leo.

Review on the book Seal Team 6, By Howard Wasdin and Stephen Templin

The main character of Seal Team 6 is man named Howard Wasdin. In the book Howard Wasdin goes to

Somalia on a mission to kill the somalian warlord Mohamed Farrah Aidid. Howard Wasdin starts his career in
Somalia by spying, and riding in a humvee and helicopter. He even kills the warlords financer in a

firefight. Later, american intelligence reports that they had found one of Aidid's posts, and the military plans to inset him in the task force.

Long story short what Howard thinks is a harmless raid ends up as the battle of Mogadishu. This book is wild and will pull

you in if you let it, it not only tells you the life of an enlisted man but also the life of a Navy SEAL in the

most elite SEAL team, SEAL Team 6.

Howard Wasdin grows up in a small town in Florida and as a child, was physically abused by his father

eventually gaining a better tolerance to pain. Later in time when Howard Wasdin can't afford to go to college
for his junior year, he joins the navy and eventually joins the search and rescue team. Later he goes on

an aircraft carrier where he meets navy SEALs and through questions becomes very interested in

becoming a SEAL. When his time in the Navy is almost up, the big brass people asked him if there was

anything they could do to get him to reenlist, and he requested BUD/S or SEAL training. Howard got

into BUD/S and by using his sheer mental toughness got into SEAL Team 2! After two real life

missions he was promoted to the Navy's top unit: SEAL Team 6! Later after being wounded in the

battle of Somalia the army asked Howard to join the army's elite Delta Force. He declined though and

when he retired, Howard became a police officer, car dealer, and after learning how to become one, a

chiropractor. Although all in all it was painful he made it and is a great shining star in this book who did

more than his share to protect the country and attack it's enemies.
